This auction is conducted for the benefit of Free American Fund.  The winning bidder will be required to pay for an auction item with a direct contribution to Free American Fund, a political action committee registered with the FEC.     Free American Fund is required to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and name of employer of any individual who contributes more than $200 in a calendar year and payment for any auction to Free American Fund will be treated and reported as a contribution.    Any successful bidder may make his or her contribution to Free American Fund in the form a check, wire transfer or online with a credit card at https://secure.winred.com/free-american-fund/website. Contributions to Free American Fund are not deductible for income tax purposes.   There are no extra auction fees payable by the winning bidder and all auction fees are being donated by McPherson Auction to Free American Fund.  Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited.
