Ladies and gentlemen do to technological circumstances completely out of our control, we unfortunately are postponing the Clarence W. Blunck real estate and personal property estate auction until a future date. We have set the new auction date of OCTOBER 5th, 2021. .

Again on behalf of the Travis agency and McPherson Auction Company we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.   • Auctioneers represent the sellers interest in all transactions

  • Cash Sale

  • $5,000 non-refundable down payment due date of auction

  • Ten percent (10%) buyer’s fee added to the winning bid and is part of the final payment due upon closing

  • Closing date to announced

  • Title to be transferred by Personal Representative Deed

  • Title Insurance and closing costs to be split 50-50 between Seller and Buyer

  • Buyer pays for Lender’s coverage (if buyer is financing the purchase and is required by the Lender)

  • Deed preparation and other required legal documentation fees will be paid by Seller

  • Deed recording fee paid by the Buyer

  • Previous Real Estate taxes that are due and payable  will be paid by the Seller

  • 2021 taxes due in 2022 to be prorated to date of sale

PERSONAL PROPERTY AUCTION TERMS OF THE SALE:

  • Vehicles and all personal property will be sold as Absolute Auction

  • Payment/pick up of vehicles/personal property will be October 6th,  between 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.  unless other arrangements are made with Travis Real Estate and Auction Services.

  • Twelve percent (12%) buyer’s fee added to the winning bid on the Vehicles and is part of the final payment due on day of sale

  • Twenty percent (20%) buyer’s fee added to the winning bid on Personal Property items and is part of the final payment due on day of sale

  • AUCTION PREVIEW SCHEDULE: Interested buyers for vehicles/personal property may pre-view items during the scheduled preview times.
