$300.00 CASH CLEAN OUT DEPOSIT PER UNIT. THIS WILL BE REFUNDED WHEN CLEAN OUT IS VERIFIED.

15% BUY FEE ON EACH UNIT SOLD OR A MINIMUM BUY FEE OF $25.00 PER UNIT SOLD

SD SALES TAX OF 6.2% CHARGED ON ALL PURCHASES & BUY FEE’s
